Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy
- All booking amounts paid to Daksh The Band are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
- In cases where refunds are applicable (due to cancellations initiated by the band), they will be processed within 7โ10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Any third-party transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Advance payments made to secure event dates are considered confirmation of booking and cannot be transferred to another client.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1 Cancellations by Client
- All payments made are non-refundable in the case of cancellations by the Client or cancellations due to any Natural Disaster.
- However, the booking amount can be adjusted towards another event scheduled within ninety (90) days, subject to the bandโs availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled event date.
- If the rescheduled date falls during a peak season or high-demand period, additional charges may apply.
2.2 Cancellations by Band
- In the rare case of Band-initiated cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, accident, emergencies, force majeure), the full amount received will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled based on mutual agreement.
- If the client opts for rescheduling, the new event date will be confirmed without any additional booking charges, subject to the bandโs availability.
3. Event Changes by Client
- Significant changes to the event (venue, timing, setup, travel requirements) within 7 days of the event date may lead to additional charges or cancellation without refund.
- Changes must be communicated promptly in writing for consideration.
4. Force Majeure
- Daksh The Band is not liable for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation issues.
